Zeus and Zena

There are few things in life more precious than seeing a special bond between a brother and sister pooch. Zeus and Zena, my friend Josh Taxson’s Pit Bulls, are two of the most connected I’ve seen in quite some time. It’s apparent that these gorgeous specimens are deeply loved by their owner.

Josh was generous enough to share some of his photography with me and given that he’s exceptionally talented, I couldn’t wait to share on Canines & Couture.

I think Ru, Zeus, and Zena need a play date. Also, I need more photography, Josh Taxson.

xoxo,

Jules & Ru

These are two of the most gorgeous dogs I’ve ever seen. What a special thing to have such an amazing owner willing to take them as a pair. They are perfect. A great example that humans aren’t the only things that are connected to their family.

Aren’t they something special? They are so regal; their stature so beautiful but their faces convey such friendliness. :) Their owner is a wonderful guy. I was so happy he shared these with me. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Josh is a very good friend of mine so I know Zeus & Zena very well & had the honor of walking them every morning & cuddling with them in the evening. They are 2 of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever known. People who think all Pit Bulls are viscous need to meet Zeus & Zena so they will know otherwise

I completely agree, Denise. I have a good friend who has a Pit and she’s the sweetest little thing, such a lover. There are bad eggs in every breed. It’s a shame they have such a bad rep.
