The Huffinton Post recently reported that San Francisco is the happiest city in America and the 7th happiest city in the world, according to a global perception survey! While I’m not the least bit surprised, as I’m ridiculously happy living in San Francisco and think it truly is the best place to live in the U.S.; I was surprised that no other American cities made the cut (not even NYC?!). At the top of the list, Rio De Janeiro. I’m thinking I’ll make some of these spots a top priority in my travels over the next few years!
What do you all think? Do you think your city should have made the cut? If you live in SF, are you pretty damn happy?

So proud SF made it to the list but like you I was also surprised other American cities didn’t make it. But, it’s so cool SF did! =D

I think that’s what I was most surprised about. I wasn’t surprised that SF made the list…but no other US cities? CRAZY!

Yay go Melbourne! I’m happy with that. Although Melbourne is better than Sydney.. we have a rivalry.
