Having been exposed to so many loving and playful Pit Bulls over my lifetime, I can say with 100% certainty that the stigma surrounding the breed is unjust. I’ve met some gnarly Chow’s, vicious chihuahuas, and grumpy dachshunds; none of which are indicative of the breed as a whole. The same goes for Pits. The breed should not be held accountable for a few tragic, isolated incidents.
KAE-O is working to break the Pit Bull stigma: “We believe Pit Bulls deserve better. That’s why we designed a unique clothing line for men and women that includes extremely comfortable and soft tees, hoodies, fightwear, underwear, and more…all aimed to fight negative Pit Bull stereotypes, while raising money to support the people who share our passion.”
Here are a few of their cozies that Ru and I would cozy up in.
I know a few people who will love this, (ahem, Josh Taxson and Arica Vorsatz). Ru’s girlfriend, Lu, is a Pit Bull and I know he hates it whenever somebody speaks ill of her breed.
Shop the stigma away and support a good cause here.
xoxo,
Jules & Ru
